How has the pandemic impacted those with SEND

The National Children’s Bureau have launched a consultation to hear from children and young people with SEND on how the pandemic has impacted them.

Part of the consultation is to hear the views of parents and carers. We want to hear how the lockdown has impacted families including their social and emotional wellbeing and what can be learnt from this.

The findings will contribute to the national pandemic recovery discussion to support families to grow their resilience and improve their wellbeing.

Deadline for responses: Friday 12 March.

We would to hear from parents/carers, governors, children and young people, and professionals on how current services are delivered, how they can be improved, and how we can work together to ensure children, young people and their families are actively involved in service planning and developments.  Deadline Sunday, 14 February.   Find out more on the above link.
